Obstacle Course...

This year's obstacle course will have 6 different legs... (in no particular order)

2 Lap Swim
50 Pullups
400 yd. Plate Carry (holding handles)
Football Field Workout (Sprint, Lunges, Bear Crawl, etc.)
Tire Throws
75 yd. Burpee Frog Jumps
