Back Squat
Set 1: 75% x 5 reps
Set 2: 85% x 3 reps
Set 3: 95% x 1 or more reps
*Freshman and Sophomores will do 3 sets of 5 reps
WOD
5 Rounds of:
20 Box Jumps (approx. 24 in. box)
10 Burpee Pullups
45 sec. Plank
* 1 minute rest between rounds
