Running
(10) 30 yd sprints
- Max effort
- Full recovery between sprints
- This means do not start a sprint if you are fatigued at all

Assistance Work
3 Sets of:
10 Good Mornings
10 Step up to RDL
10 Goblet Squats

3 Sets of:
8 Weighted Pushups
8 Single Arm Lat Pulldown
8 Ab Wheel

Forearm work as well
