Week 8: Day 1

Core Lift
Back Squat
Set 1: 40% x 5 reps
Set 2: 50% x 5 reps
Set 3: 60% x 5 reps
*Freshman and Sophomores will do 3 sets of 5 of light weight

Assistance Work
Superset 1 (Light assistance work)
3 sets of:
16 Barbell Alternating Lunges (8 each leg)
16 1 Legged Squat to Box (8 each leg)

Superset 2 (Light assistance work)
3 sets of:
10 Inverted Rows
15 Incline Pushups
15 Decline Pushups
