- Cleans can be scaled down if needed

I forgot my phone so i didnt have a stop watch. but according to the clock on the wall, id say i got about a 6:20 or so.

I had to scale the cleans to 135, ended up with a time of 4:10 so I guess i should have stayed at 155

side note, are we doing hang cleans or full cleans? I've been doing full cleans, but I figured I'd check

i scaled down to 135, finished in 5:30

Power cleans are full cleans. Hang cleans will be cited as 'hang cleans'
