- Go as high as you can
- As you being to warm up, mix up the type of jump (no step, 1 step, 2 step)
- Use a 1 step jump as you begin to reach your max

Loved this one. Absolutely WASTED afterwards.
This stuff is so much easier to do when you have a partner. I know because I was doing it by myself and now I've got my brother and my dad. Having competition makes this stuff worth it!
