5 Rounds:
Suicides (B-Ball Gym)
5 Burpees
- 2 min rest between rounds

-Start at baseline, sprint to free throw line and back, sprint to half court and back, sprint to opposite free throw line and back, sprint full court and back... then do 5 burpees
